This policy explains how the Morchid app collects, uses, stores, and protects your information. By using the app you agree to this policy.
1. Account: phone number, WeChat OpenID, Alipay user ID, digital-identity / wallet address, nickname, UID.
2. Device: model, OS version, network status, used for one-tap login, security, and diagnostics.
3. Content and business: metadata of original works you upload, listing and transfer records, Jiuding Points balance and history.
4. Logs: access time, actions, crash logs (no private keys).
To provide sign-in, upload and originality checks, on-chain copyright records, in-app points services, support, and compliance review; to improve the product and prevent fraud or infringement; to disclose information to authorities when required by law.
Jiuding Points are in-platform consumption units for services such as collecting listed works. They are not legal tender and cannot be exchanged or transferred outside the platform.
Depending on region and the feature you use, we may use WeChat OpenSDK Android, Alipay App payment SDK, Aliyun phone-number authentication, China Unicom authentication SDK, and wallet-connect SDKs. Third parties process data under their own policies; we only share what is necessary for each feature. The Chinese policy page lists SDK developer names and policy links aligned with China’s national SDK registry.
Business data is primarily stored on servers in mainland China. We use HTTPS and access controls. Wallet private keys are kept by you — we do not collect or store them.
You may edit your nickname in-app. You may delete your account in Profile. You may email service@cheedd.com to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by law. Account deletion help: account-deletion.html.
The app is intended for adults. Minors should use it only with a guardian.
We may revise this policy and publish updates in-app or on our website. Material changes will be highlighted.
